Yes. The vast majority of the products we stock, in fact over 95% of them can be recycled. We take our responsibilities to the environment seriously and adopt a Reduce. Reuse. Respect. Recycle. Philosophy, aiming to reuse and recycle as much as possible to reduce the amount to landfill.

We stock our products in a variety of sheet sizes. These are generally listed on the website under the relevant product page.

We do offer a full bespoke service, so if the sheet size is not appropriate, then we can cut to size and indeed cut to shape.

We were the first company in the UK to invest in a CCM Premier Guillotine which is capable of cutting through 10 sheets of plastic at a time. Perfect for those clients that want to maximise yield from their plastic sheets and reduce waste.

We offer a NEXT day delivery service as standard. For those urgent projects though we can arrange a SAME day delivery or even a TIMED delivery (± 30 minute time slots). We are based in Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 9LZ. Some clients that have their own transport prefer to collect their orders. If your order is urgent, then we will do all we can to help. We do! Here at Eagle Plastics we offer a buy-back facility and offer competitive rates to customers wishing to recycle their plastic. Please get in touch to find out more.

No – we don’t offer a minimum order value. We are delighted to quote and receive orders of any size from as little as one sheet.

We have a number of payment options to chose from; credit card, BACs, or cheque (needs to clear) are all acceptable. Should you wish to open a trade account with us, then please email our accounts team – accounts@eagleplastics.co.uk

Yes, this is possible by prior arrangement. We are based in Thurmaston Leicester, LE4 9LZ. If you would like to collect your order, please speak to a member of the team or make it clear on your order and we can arrange a suitable collection time.

No problem. We offer a sample service on most of our products. Simply email the team enquiries@eagleplastics.co.uk or complete the online Request A Sample form and we’ll deliver to your letter box.

We stock 600 tonne of products at our centrally based warehouse, with over 95% of these made from recycled material. We stock recycled ABS material which can be ordered by the sheet and also offer recycled HIPS with a minimum order quantity. Please get in touch for more information.

Yes, we do offer a cutting service and have two guillotines and a beam saw to help customers get maximum yield from their plastic sheets and reduce the amount of waste. Our CCM Premier 168 guillotine has an impressive 168 cm cutting width, is accurate to within 0.5mm and capable of cutting through 10 sheets of plastic at a time. Our CNC beam saw can cut sizes and gauges up to 3 meters by 2 meters and a thickness of 20mm.

As well as a cut to size service, we now also offer a cut to shape facility.

Yes – we offer both HIPS and ABS in reel form. A minimum order quantity would apply so please get in touch with your enquiry.

Yes – you can print on our HIPS, ABS and Clear PETG stocked products for screen printing, to produce point of sale displays, graphic panels or banners. If you are unclear which product is the best to use, please get in touch and a member of the team will gladly advise.

Yes – we would be delighted to supply to your school. Opening an account is easy or we operate on a proforma basis. We deal with lots of schools, colleges and Universities, and so well versed in the kind of products you might require.

We can! We have our own fleet of delivery vehicles and offer a next day delivery as standard and fully flexible to offer same day or even timed deliveries too.

It is a term which relates to the molecular structure of the plastic. Thermoplastics can be heated, and re-heated in order to form them into the desired shape. They become mouldable after reheating, as they don’t undergo significant chemical change.

Yes, they can. Thermoplastics are ideal for recycling meaning that they can help reduce the amount of waste to landfill. Please get in touch if you have unwanted thermoplastic as we may be able to offer a ‘buy back’ service.
