This service is perfect for those who want to get maximum yield from their plastic sheets; reducing the amount of waste and cost.
We use a CCM Premier 168 guillotine with its impressive 168cm cutting width. It’s capable of cutting through up to 10 sheets of plastic at a time, and hyper-accurate to within 0.5mm. Our CNC beam saw (pictured top image) can cut sizes and gauges up to 3 meters by 2 meters and a thickness of 20mm.
This clean, precision-cut results in a super-smooth edge. This improvement in efficiency results in a reduction of both time and cost to you, our customer.

Cut to size service
Our cut to size service is available on all of our thermoplastics sheeting and ideal for those customers that have a specific size in mind but don’t have the necessary equipment. Our machine offers a precision, professional cut and operated by our trained in-house staff.
What are the key benefits of the ‘cut to size’ service?
By cutting a sheet to the exact size required, means that any surplus is not wasted. The ‘off cuts’ can be stored, either cut themselves or recycled.
The guillotine produces a highly polished clean-cut edge which is exceptionally smooth. By creating this finish, it reduces the need for any further process e.g. diamond polishing.
